Do you work with my insurance company?
YES. We work with all insurance companies and will negotiate the entire repair process for you. Our number one goal is to ensure you receive the best quality repair that you deserve.

If the quote I receive is higher than my initial insurance quote, will I have to pay the difference?
NO. Any insurance issues and estimates will be handled for you on our behalf. We negotiate the entire process so you will not have to deal with any back-and-forth issues with your insurance provider. Our goal is to ensure your repairs are properly handled with limited stress.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
YES. Rudisill’s Auto Body (not your insurance company) offers a lifetime warranty on paint and workmanship as well as a 1 year limited warranty on manufacturer parts.
When can I wash and wax my vehicle?
You will be able to hand wash your car whenever you wish. You will not be able to take your vehicle through an automatic car wash with scrubbers for at least 30 days after your repair. For body panels that have been repainted during the repair, wait 3 months before applying wax.
